E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions for Aurora's Array

Redemption

• E-gift cards can be redeemed online at https://www.aurorasarray.co.uk/
• They can be used to purchase any product on our website.
• E-gift cards can be used for purchases exceeding the card balance by paying the difference at checkout.

Restrictions

• E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for outstanding balances on your account.
• E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase another e-gift card.
• A maximum of ten e-gift cards can be redeemed in a single transaction.

Balance & Refunds

• If an item purchased with an e-gift card is returned for a refund, the refunded amount will be credited back to the e-gift card balance.
• The remaining balance on an e-gift card will be updated after each transaction. You can view the remaining balance on your order confirmation email.

Validity Period

• E-gift cards are valid for 48 months from the last transaction (including purchase, adding funds, spending funds, or checking balance).

Lost or Damaged Cards

• E-gift cards should be treated as cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

Cancellation

• E-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g., if the card is defective).
• You have the right to cancel your order for an e-gift card within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided none of the balance has been spent.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
